the song is called “Never alone” by Jakko feat.MikB ..and it is the result of a blend of Eurobeat/Italodance/Bubblegum ….my favourite styles…..

I’m surprised you mentioned Ken Blast in your list of vocalists. That guy suuuuuuucks.

Seriously though, it would be super helpful for me if you would post links to examples of what you’re talking about. I have almost no background knowledge of the genre so it’s a little hard to follow this series.

Who’d have thought that a simple obsession with cartoon ponies would lead me here.
I’d have never guessed that a completely unrelated TV show would lead me to an amazingly upbeat and exciting genre of music and jumpstart me into music production.
You’re amazing, Odyssey. Keep doing what you’re doing, and don’t let anyone get in the way of what you want to do. It’s awesome.

(By the way, I’m glad to have finally found out that you do believe. There are so many atheistic people on the internet that it’s almost a given that they don’t, and it’s always encouraging and exciting to find someone who I admire and has faith. I agree a lot with this
Really inspiring stuff, after my rather sudden change to making eurobeat, this made me want to experiment with eurobeat a lot more now!
Can’t wait to try borrowing small things from other styles and putting it into eurobeat ^^

Well, to be fair, it’s best to know what you’re breaking and how it works before you start breaking it apart. The whole point of adding new things to it is to let it expand as it is, not to let it be overcome or overwhelmed with so many new things that it’s not even related to how it began. Once you know what you’re dealing with… I say, go nuts.

I agree with you on this ^_^ I’m a musician aswell and i’m looking to going into Eurobeat, but i want to make my version a bit different, something that stands out. The old stuff is good, but music needs progress to keep it alive.

You perfectly exemplified how I feel about J-euro and my opinion on the ignoramus’ that say they refuse to listen to the stuff because they can’t understand the words. That’s a huge crock of shit.

Music transcends being able to understand what a vocalist is saying. In the end vocals are but another instrument in the grand scheme of things. I don’t understand how people who consider themselves to be Eurobeat lovers so vehemently refuse to delve in to a whole new pool of material that STILL FOLLOWS the conventional rules of what makes a track Eurobeat.

Amen brother, amen.
